Nomad Trail Terms and Conditions


1. Booking and Payment
To book a Nomad Trail experience, select your desired experience, complete the booking form, and pay the required deposit or full amount to confirm your reservation. Once the deposit payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with an initial invoice.
The full payment for your chosen experience is due 7 days before the start date.
Once the outstanding payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with a final invoice.
Nomad Trail accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other secure payment methods as specified during the booking process.

2. Included in the Experience
Nomad Trail experiences include:
  • Curated community travel
  • Accommodation in shared or private rooms, depending on the chosen experience
  • Selected group activities
  • Community management and facilitation
  • Travel itinerary planning and logistics assistance
Nomad Trail experiences do not include:
  • Food and beverages
  • Travel booking and associated costs
  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Optional activties

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund of payment.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the start date will not receive a refund of payment.

4. Changes to Itinerary
Nomad Trail reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, including accommodation, activities, and transportation, due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond its control.
In the event of significant changes, Nomad Trail will communicate these changes to participants as soon as possible and offer alternative options where feasible.

5. Liability and Insurance
Nomad Trail is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by participants during the experience, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Nomad Trail.
Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, Nomad Trail staff, and local communities.
Nomad Trail reserves the right to remove any participant from the experience who engages in disruptive, harmful, or illegal behavior.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a Nomad Trail experience, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms or guidelines communicated by Nomad Trail.
Nomad Trail reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes will be communicated to participants.
